Hoedanigheidsomschrijving

Aan de hand van de hoedanigheidsomschrijving wordt de reikwijdte van de dekking vastgesteld.
De standaard hoedanigheid is de zelfstandige jurist of rechtskundige adviseur.
​​​​​​​De kandidaat verzekeringnemer wordt geacht een HBO of WO opleiding rechtsgeleerdheid met een diploma, bachelor of master te hebben afgerond.

 

Nevenwerkzaamheden

Het is mogelijk om aanvullende (neven)werkzaamheden onder dezelfde polis mee te verzekeren.
Het is bijvoorbeeld mogelijk om mediation, vertrouwenspersoon, e.d. mee te verzekeren, vaak zonder meerpremie.
